A 5-Star review is not enough!!! AWESOME, EXCELLENT, FABULOUS, BESTEST!!! Dr. Bato, an associate of Dr. James Minutello is INCREDIBLE. I was in need of some emergency work, cracked tooth and an infection. Boy, I hit the jackpot walking thru the door of this office. When entering, I was promptly greeted by the front office staff (Chelsa?). After filling out the new patient paperwork, I was passed of to ALEX!! She was thorough and extremely knowledgable. She got me ready for the procedure. Next up, Dr. Bato. Talk about white glove treatment, SHE ROCKS. Throughout the procedure, she made sure I was comfortable, read NO PAIN. Durig the procedure we took a couple of breaks to let me relax. hen all was done, I thanked EVERYONE for a job well done. As I was leaving, I had the pleasure of speaking with the office manager, TJ! Later that night, Dr. BAto followed up with a phone call to make sure all was well. Dr BATO ROCKS, ALEX SMASHES IT, CHELSA INCREDIBLE and TJ IS FABULOUS

My experience with my last two procedures with Dr. James Minutello has been much better than anticipated. I delayed this much needed treatment for several years because of my fears. Thank you Dr. Minutello for your expertise and care for me! I also need to thank Judy, his assistant. The attention and care that this lady provided me, made me forget I was even at the dentist office. As a matter a fact, after my experience with first procedure, I specifically asked for Judy again with my second procedure. Thank you Judy for your compassion and professionalism! Lastly, I need to thank the entire staff to include Chelsi, Linda and Jennifer. To be quite honest, everyone in this office makes me feel important!

Dr. Jim is the very best dentist I have ever been to. He is very caring and always concerned for his patients' comfort. I recommend him very, very highly. He is simply the best.

Dr. Minutello IS the BEST! I've had some "unfavorable" experiences with dentists in the past; however, Dr. Minutello and his Team are Professional and Compassionate which helped to ease me through the process. If going to the dentist like a "white knuckle ride" for your as it is for me, rest assured that you are in the best care and your comfort is of the highest priority! Thank you ALL!

Dr Minutello and his dental assistants are professional and go out of their way to ensure your customer satisfaction. All procedures are explained I could not have been in better hands for my oral implant. I also appreciated Dr Minutello calling afterward in the evening to make sure everything was good.
